CIMA Certificate
The CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting (Cert BA) is an independent qualification with four papers, typically completed in 12 to 18 months. Passing Cert BA allows progression to the CGMA Operational level.

CGMA Operational
The CGMA Operational level includes three Objective Test exams and a Case Study exam, which you can take after passing the Objective Tests. Success at this level enables advancement to CGMA Management.

CGMA Management
At the CGMA Management level, you'll complete three Objective Tests and a Case Study exam, taken after the Objective Tests. Passing this level allows progression to CGMA Strategic.

CGMA Strategic
The CGMA Strategic level requires passing three Objective Tests before taking the Case Study exam. After completing the exams and meeting Practical Experience Requirements, you can apply for full CIMA membership.
